  * USERS AFFECTED: IMS Library Integrity Utilities for z/OS,    *
  *                 Version 2 Release 2 (FMID=H27P220) users     *
  *                 who use the DBD/PSB/ACB Compare, the         *
  *                 DBD/ACB/PSB Reversal, the Catalog Manager    *
  *                 and LIU under the IBM IMS Administration     *
  *                 Tool.                                        *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR adds a new keyword for        *
  *                      decoding condition that specifies       *
  *                      whether to refer to a PSB-type ACB when *
  *                      the utilities, DBD/PSB/ACB Compare and  *
  *                      Catalog Manager, decode an ACB for DEDB *
  *                      or MSDB to be compared.                 *
  *                      LIU for IMS Administration Tool is also *
  *                      changed not to refer to a PSB-type ACB  *
  *                      when LIU decodes or compares DEDB or    *
  *                      MSDB by default.                        *

  *                      This APAR also improves storage usage   *
  *                      when DBD/PSB/ACB Reversal decodes an    *
  *                      ACB which has a large meta data.        *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  This APAR addes a new keyword, REFER_PSB, for decoding condition
  that specifies whether to refer to a PSB-type ACB when the
  Catalog Manager utility decodes an ACB for DEDB or MSDB to be
  compared.
  This APAR also adds a new keyword, NOREFPSB, to the REPORT
  statement for decoding condition that specifies not to refer to
  a PSB-type ACB when the DBD/PSB/ACB Compare utility decodes an
  ACB of DEDB or MSDB to be compared in source-level comparison.
  
  When the target library has many members, it can be
  time-consuming to obtain these values. You can specify this
  parameter to skip this process to obtain these values.
  
  LIU also provides same option to the IMS Administration Tool.
  When this PTF will be applied to LIU, the behavior of LIU for
  IMS Administration Tool is changed not to refer to a PSB-type
  ACB when the utility decodes DEDB or MSDB both for decode or
  comparison function by default.
  
  This APAR also improves storage usage when the DBD/PSB/ACB
  Reversal decodes an ACB which has a large meta data.
