Error description

• When using a reference-modified UTF-8 data item as an argument
  to an intrinsic function that supports UTF-8 arguments a
  compiler error may result.
  
  Below is an example of the invalid error that may be received
  when using a reference-modified UTF-8 data item in the
  DISPLAY-OF function:
  
  9  IGYPA3092-S   Argument-1 "U1 (ALPHANUMERIC REFERENCE
                   MODIFIED ITEM)" for function "UTF-8 FUNCTION
                   DISPLAY-OF" is not an item of class national.
                   The statement was discarded.
