Error description
Validated that the vertical and horizontal scroll bars are causing odd behavior on their diagram. Below are the details of what was done and observe to possibly fix the issue: - tried scaling the diagram and dragging/scrolling down the partition to see if it will get rid of the scroll bar but to no avail - when scrolling, it moves the diagram lines making the whole model look messy - dragging/scrolling down keeps the partition expanding & it adds unnecessary spaces. this is odd because what is expected is for the scrolling to stop where the diagram ends but it just keeps on expanding. - tried to tweak the settings on Preferences (Modeling > UML Diagram > Activity) to see if it will help but there's no difference made
