  Functions time out after 5 minutes even when chunksize set to 1,
  on large data sets where the user is expecting to wait a long
  time for processing.
  
  This timeout is actually two simultaneous timeouts - one from
  the read_data() function, and one from the REST API.
  This APAR concerns the REST API timeout specifically.
