Error description

• In RPP 9.7.0, Export Descriptions feature does not allow
  naming the resulting files
  
  When one wants to export descriptions, the user is asked
  to select a folder, but the indications are not clear and they
  may expect to actually provide a file name.
  
  Only an existing folder must be selected.

  * For example, inform that the user must only enter a          *
  * directory and not a file. Moreover, if the folder does not   *
  * exist, it is not automatically created but there is no error *
  * message displaying this information.                         *
