PH38183: _ADD_DAYS FUNCTION RETURN WRONG RESULT FOR DATE IN NUMBER FROM EXCEL FILE IMPORTED AS DATA MODULE

Error description

• _add_days function add 2 days too much for an date in number
  from an Excel file imported in the portal as a Data module
  
  In Excel
  Column 1 is your date
  Column 2 is the same date but cell converted to number. e.g
  2021-06-12 = 44359
  
  Import this file from the Cognos portal then create a data
  module.
  Create a List report from the data module
  Add a query calculation _add_days (1900-01-01, 44359)
  Result is 2021-06-14 when it should be 2021-06-12
  
  Issue not observed on FM packages.
