  *                      not produce, message "MSGIGYCB7311-W    *
  *                      The data item 'XXXXXXX' may be used at  *
  *                      this statement before it is set.". It   *
  *                      is more likely to get an incorrect      *
  *                      IGYCB7311-W message with                *
  *                      INITCHECK(STRICT), and more likely to   *
  *                      not get an IGYCB7311-W message when a   *
  *                      data item isn't initialized with        *
  *                      INITCHECK(LAX), but it's possible to    *
  *                      both get an incorrect message or not    *
  *                      get an expected message with both       *
  *                      INITCHECK(STRICT) and INITCHECK(LAX).   *

  The compiler wasn't correctly initializing part of its internal
  state when finding information about the PERFORMs in a program
  as part of the INITCHECK analysis, leading INTICHECK analysis
  to be done without the knowledge of which data items were
  initialized due to each PERFORM statement.

• The compiler was fixed to correctly initialize its state,
  analyzing and using the information about  which data items were
  initialized due to each PERFORM statement during INITCHECK
  analysis.
