Error description

• CSQMCPRH's FRR routine incorrectly checks the wrong EB EBDR
  flag, which resulted in recovery being run when it shouldn't
  have been allowed. This issue will only occur when using RRS
  connections. The issue may show as an 0C4 but the real cause
  of the issue is the 5C6 abend in CSQMCPRH.

  *                      prematurely resulting in abend          *
  *                      5C6-00940001 occurring in CSQMCPRH.     *
  *                      It's also possible for the queue        *
  *                      manager to terminate with               *
  *                      REASON=00F3040A.                        *

  The recovery routine in CSQMCPRH incorrectly checked the wrong
  EB EBDR flag. This occurred because for RRS connections the
  connection EB was checked instead of the context EB. This
  resulted in CSQMCPRH incorrectly running recovery instead of
  being deferred.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to ensure the correct EB EBDR flag is
  checked resulting in recovery being run appropriately and
  therefore preventing the abend 5C6-00940001. However, the queue
  manager may continue to terminate with REASON=00F3040A.
