Error description

• IMS V15 APAR PH31011 modifies user exit DFSAOE00 and in doing so
  modifies the advertised use of interface block AOE0WRKA.
  S-TAP IMS V10.1.3 Control Region Exit AUIAOE00 must be changed
  to adjust to the changes of IBM interface block AOE0WRKA.
  This APAR can and should be installed whether or not PH31011 is
  already installed.
