This enhancement is similar to SDSF Display Active. The service is enabled by default, but can be disabled with new environment variable DISPLAY_ACTIVE=OFF. 02.Enhancement to provide additional job info, like the job ASID. 03.Enhancement to allow requeue of waiting jobs, by altering CLASS, and job output, by altering MSGCLASS. 04.The exception is caused due to a component in the message utility fails to load properly. It is missing a reference properties bundle during the loading. 05.Implement lock tracking ability for RSE by utilizing VSAM dataset to be able to see true lock owner across different threadpool process as well as on different LPAR in a sysplex environment. 06.Add new feature Display Active to z/OS Explorer client to show system address spaces and all active job address spaces 07.FEKLOGS enhancement to test NLSPATH 08.z/OS Explorer JMON does not detect TSO SUBMIT completion when the template job output goes to the OUTPUT SERVICE WRITER queue. This results in JMON waiting for a timeout before reporting back to the client. Bypass: change the template jobcard to send job output to a regular output queue 09.IBM Explorer for z/OS (zExpl) FEKAPPL authentication error using RSEAPI. Connection using RSED (used by z/OS Explorer and IBM Developer for Z) works fine using the same definition. server log: server failure: Authentification Failed (8:34:0) syslog: ICH408I USER(userid) GROUP(group) NAME(name) LOGON/JOB INITIATION - NOT AUTHORIZED TO APPLICATION FEKAPPL This problem only occurs if there is a catch-all profile in the APPL class that denies access, as RSEAPI does not properly check for the FEKAPPL profile.
Problem conclusion
01.Enhancement to show information on active address spaces. 02.Enhancement to provide additional job info. 03.Enhancement to allow requeue of waiting jobs and job output. 04.Include the required properties bundles in the utility package for it to load and work properly. 05.Code implemented. 06.Users can run Display Active feature in z/OS Explorer client to retrieve system address spaces and all active job address spaces 07.FEKLOGS enhancement to test NLSPATH 08.JMON now tests for OUTPUT and OUTWRT queues 09.pad APPLID before passing it to security manager
