  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR adds an enhancement for       *
  *                      managing application compatibility for  *
  *                      views and support for the               *
  *                      ALTER VIEW REGENERATE USING             *
  *                      APPLICATION COMPATIBILITY statement.    *
  ****************************************************************
  The APPLCOMPAT and current schema values are now displayed for
  views on the ADB21VV and ADB21T panels.
  
  The ENV and AL line commands are now supported for views on the
  ADB21VV and ADB21T panels. The ENV line command displays
  environment information on the ADB21ENV panel. The AL line
  command allows you to regenerate the view and alter the
  APPLCOMPAT value for it.
  
  Db2 Admin Tool panels that support horizontal scrolling now
  support parameters for the LEFT and RIGHT commands. The MAX (M)
  parameter scrolls to the last or first logical page. An
  integer value as a parameter scrolls the specified number of
  logical pages.
  
  Object Compare now supports generating ALTER VIEW view_name
  REGENERATE USING APPLICATION COMPATIBILITY source_applcompat,
  when the source and target views are same, but the target
  APPLCOMPAT value is different than source APPLCOMPAT value,
  and the source view APPLCOMPAT value is lower than current
  APPLCOMPAT value.
