Error description

• Running CLCJIVP installation verification job fails with rc=71
  and message:
  Failed: clcivpsh.sh failed to generate clcivpgm load module,
          please check /tmp/clcv241/ivpout for more information.
  
   /tmp/clcv241/ivpout shoes:
  FSUM3010 Specify a file with the correct suffix
  (.C, .hh, .i, .c, .i, .s, .o, .x, .p, .I, or .a),
  or a corresponding data set name, instead of
  -o/tmp/clcv241/clcivpgm.
  

Local fix

• Changing script SCLCSAM(CLCIVPSH) to specify a suffix. Add
  suffix .o to last parameter
  IVP_CMD="$XLCL_HOME/xlclang++
  $IVP_ROOT/clcivpgm.cpp -o $IVP_ROOT/clcivpgm.o"
