Error description

• In RPP 9.7.0, Report -CE removal followed by undo don't
  reverse changes to -D lines
  If the user decides against that change and does Ctrl + Z to
  undo it, the associated changes to -D lines are not reversed.
  
  No save is required, and if a generate is done, the code will
  reflect the missing structure from the -D lines.
