Error description

• When a secondary deployment manager is added to configure a
  high availability deployment manager environment, it's node
  level security management scope and associated references to
  it's node level keystores are not configured. This leads to
  failures in the certificate monitor feature when run against
  the secondary deployment manager.

  When a secondary deployment manager is added to configure a high

Problem conclusion

• The configuration actions driven by hadmgrAdd/hadmgrRemove
  commands when setting up a high availability deployment manager
  environment were altered to properly create/remove references to
  the secondary deployment manager's node level security
  management scope and associated references to it's node level
  keystores preventing failures in the certificate monitor feature
  related to the secondary deployment manager.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  packs 9.0.5.10 and 8.5.5.21.  Please refer to the Recommended
