  This APAR enhances the Online Structure Change utility internal

  Internal jobs are generated by Online Structure Change utility
  of IMS HP Fast Path Utilities and issue commands through TOSI.
  The following features are implemented by this APAR for OSC
  internal job.
  - Command response timeout value can be specified
  - Multiple commands can be issued in one internal job
  - Some WTO messages are suppressed
