Error description

• System abended with a S6C6 REASON=00F3049 but main cause of the
  issue was an OC4 abend during recovery process for CSQIMGE3

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: An abend 0C4 occurs in CSQIMGE3 when an *
  *                      application performing an MQGET to a    *
  *                      queue is interrupted, and the MQGET     *
  *                      enters its recovery code.               *
  ****************************************************************
  A timing window existed where if an application's MQGET
  processing was interrupted by an unrelated abend, the MQGET
  recovery process would 0C4.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQIMGE3 and CSQIATRQ have been updated to prevent this issue
  from occurring.
