Error description

• Modify a report to generate an error. When running directly from
  the edit we get the full error details option same as 11.0.x.
  When running the report directly the error is small and does not
  contain any additional details.

Problem conclusion

• Customer facing statement:
  
  This design change was intentional. When a consumer runs the
  report from portal, only relevant and more user friendly error
  is displayed. Report authors running reports from Authoring can
  exam detailed error for troubleshooting purposes.
