PH35931: FAILING NOTEBOOK GENERATES NOTIFICATION

Error description

• Running a Jupyter Notebook that fails with error, will still
  generate a notification saying "Finished running notebook".
  When you run a failing Jupyter Notebook, you will first see the
  information in the middle of your screen that the notebook has
  started. After a while this is completed with an error message
  at the same location, saying the Notebook failed. If you then
  open Notifications you will receive the information the Notebook
  has finished, implying a successful execution.
