• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Unexpected CURSOR_NAME can be seen in the table CQM_SQLCODE_DET.
  
  Field CURSOR_NAME is filled even when it is just a SELECT and
  pointing to a cursor_name.
  
  Field CURSOR_NAME has different content for executions from the
  same plan/corrid/package/statement.
  
  Field CURSOR_NAME has content that doesn't even exist on the
  package DBRM referred.
