• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The ActiveCount counter of MXBean SessionStats is
  showing
  negative value while monitoring the total number of
  active
  sessions. Problem happening at Liberty 20.0.0.12,
  PI73188 applied.

Problem summary

  Session manager incorrectly decremented session active counter
  within the Servlet service() method due to session being
  invalidated abnormally.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changes were made to correct session active counter within the
  Servlet service() method when session is invalidated
  abnormally.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 8.5.5.20, 9.0.5.9 and 21.0.0.7.  Please refer to the
