APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A CWSIK0016E error occurs on a JMS connection.
  This may be caused when a transaction is ended one one thread
  while the JMS connection is used on another thread.
  The exception may be cached at the server side and sent back
  to the client for any subsequent operation attempting to use
  the JMS transaction id. The fix invalidates the JMS
  connection and prevents its further use.
