Error description

• CQM1213W error message issued when CQM's Internally managed
  storage is exhausted when running a large number of Db2 Threads.
  Data may not be displayed in current activity after high volume
  of workloads in Db2

  1. Memory leak when Query Monitor is processing many
  distributed threads resulting in internal memory exhaustion
  and messages CQM1213W FOR SPACE - THREAD.
  
  2. An error in memory usage for routines which are used by
  Guardium S-TAP for collecting BINDs may have caused DE-INSTALL
  FAILURE dumps.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Logic was changed to provide new intercepts for distributed
  threads.
  2. The usage of memory was corrected.
