Error description

  • Inplace Upgrades to 11.1.7 will remove pmhub.html on unix
    systems as .ca_base_preserve.txt  only lists
    install_location\webcontent\PMHub.html
    

Local fix

  • instead add pmhub.html to
    install_location\configuration\preserve\preserve.txt  before the
    upgrade
