PH35442: SMF120 SUBTYPE 11 RECORDS SOMETIMES MISSING VALUES WHEN A SERVLET REQUEST TAKES AN ERROR PATH

Error description

• Some error paths in the Liberty servlet request code will
  inadvertently skip collecting values for the following
  SMF120-11 fields:
  SMF120BBQ - TCB ADDRESS
  SMF120BBR -
  TTOKEN
  SMF120BBS - THREAD ID PTHREAD_SELF
  SMF120BBT - SYSTEM
  GMT OFFSET CVTLDTO
  
  This results in zero'd out fields in the
  SMF record. These values would be the same regardless of
  when
  they are collected, so they should be collected regardless
  of
  any error paths that may need to be followed.

  The following SMF 120 subtype 11 fields do not have values.
  SMF120BBQ - TCB ADDRESS
  SMF120BBR -  TTOKEN
  SMF120BBS - THREAD ID PTHREAD_SELF
  SMF120BBT - SYSTEM GMT OFFSET CVTLDTO
  They do not have values because the instrumented servlet method
  did not get control to collect the data.
  

Problem conclusion

• Updated the code to collect the missing fields in an earlier
  instrumented method.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack 21.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
