Currently, the following Db2-supplied stored procedures can
only accept passwords with a maximum length of 24 characters:
    - SYSPROC.ADMIN_COMMAND_UNIX
    - SYSPROC.ADMIN_JOB_CANCEL
    - SYSPROC.ADMIN_JOB_FETCH
    - SYSPROC.ADMIN_JOB_QUERY
    - SYSPROC.ADMIN_JOB_SUBMIT
    - SYSPROC.ADMIN_TASK_ADD
They cannot accept passphrases that are longer than 24
    characters.

Problem conclusion

Temporary fix
