• Increase the size of the PASSWORD input parameter for the
  following stored procedures from VARCHAR(24) to VARCHAR(100)

  only accept passwords with a maximum length of 24 characters:

  - SYSPROC.ADMIN_JOB_FETCH
  - SYSPROC.ADMIN_JOB_QUERY
  - SYSPROC.ADMIN_JOB_SUBMIT
  - SYSPROC.ADMIN_TASK_ADD
  They cannot accept passphrases that are longer than 24
  characters.

  enabling these stored procedures to accept passphrases
