Error description

• A report view upgraded from 11.1.6 to 11.1.7 fails with
  XQE-PLN-0537 The inverted parameter '<parameter_name>' can only
  be used in the context of an IN or IN_RANGE operator. Context is
  '?parameter_name? = 'T''.
  

Local fix

• Clear all saved prompt values of the report view, and set anew.

Problem conclusion

• A code fix was provided in 11.20 and higher releases for related
  APAR PH30162 REPORTS RUN VIA SDK RESULT IN INVERTED PARAMETERS
  AND FAIL WITH XQE-PLN-0537.  This addresses reports created
  moving forward.  However, report views that were created while
  the defect was active need to be corrected following the steps
  in the
