Error description

• The NOTIFY.REORG command will fail if IMS Managed ACB is
  enabled, REORGINPUT=ULDS is specified, and there is a DBD change
  that involves adding a secondary index.
  This is addressed by specifying the new STAGING option with the
  NOTIFY.REORG command provided by IMS APAR PH17441.

  Reorg Expert outputs the message: HPSG0361E and HPSG0011E and
  ends with RC=08.
  This is addressed by specifying the new STAGING option with the
  NOTIFY.REORG command provided by IMS APAR PH17441.
  
  Reorg Expert issues HPSG0308E (DD name: IMSD0000) and ABENDU0308
  because IMS APAR PH31203 changed the DD name of the staging
  data set to be allocated.
  

Problem conclusion

• Reorg Expert has been modified to define the STAGING option on
  the NOTIFY.REORG command when reorganizing a database using
  pending database definitions in the IMS catalog staging data
  sets.
  
  Reorg Expert has been modified to reference the changed DD name
  of the staging data set.
