Error description
Customers using custom thresholds in DB2 LUW (defined by IBM support using the CREATE THRESHOLD command) may experience a sudden crash of the IDAA Server if the threshold is exceeded. The issue is accompanied by the following messages: - "SQL4712N The activity or request was stopped because the threshold has been exceeded." - DSNX881I ... System went from state 'UNKNOWN' to 'ONLINE' ... After the crash the accelerator will restart automatically. The accelerator status will switch to 'OFFLINE' for a few minutes and will change to 'ONLINE' again. The issue affects the accelerator maintenance level 7.5.4.2 and the preceding ones. A fix will be delivered with maintenance level 7.5.5.1. A hotfix is available for maintenance level 7.4.5.2. Additional keywords: TS005137959 TS005136984 Threshold Db2luw SQL4712N
