    ****************************************************************
When the message counter hits the limit, the current command
processor needs to return a correct return code to its caller.
If the improper return code was returned, the output structure
would format incorrectly and cause incorrout and ABEND0C4 in
    DSN9SCN7+00892.

Problem conclusion

  • All the users of DISPLAY DB command should apply this PTF so
it can fix the problem ABEND0C4 in DSN9SCN7 and incorrect
    messages.
