Error description
Once a rule based attachment is added in Dashboard (localhost:9080/ad-audit), that data remains in Analyze Client and will not be replaced by a subsequently added attachment data, thus edited rules will not show in Analyze Client's Rule Based Analysis.
Local fix
Using the old AD Configuration Server Admin UI (localhost:8080), a rule based attachment can be updated with no problem. The old UI is available until in AD v.5.1.0.8. AD v.1.0.9 or later only has the new UI (localhost:9080/ad-audit), and the workaround is to manually distribute users the rule based analysis files and the users put them under their eclipse workspace locally.
