  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When use_dsnutil_sp='NO', the           *
  *                      execution of a CM batch job that runs   *
  *                      a work statement list (WSL) fails with  *
  *                      a Db2 error, SQLCODE -204.              *

  When executing a WSL with CM batch parameter
  use_dsnutil_sp='NO', the user receives the following error:
