  • Syntax error related to comments in the Identification Division
that have no * (asterisk) In Column 7.

Local fix

  • n/a

Problem summary

  • This issue was triggered by a defect in AD Cobol Compiler, that
loose the context when encounter a COPY inside one of the
sections of IDENTIFICATION DIVISION. The fix consisted in
preserving the context in this case.

Problem conclusion

  • The fix will be available in 6.0.0.0 version
