Error description

  • The session parameter is not listed in Framework Manager nor
Report Studio for default time zone settings

Local fix

  • (1) The current macro function toLocal returns the string
representing a timestamp with time zone resulting from adjusting
""string_expression"" to the time zone of the operating system.
(2) Explicitly set a time zone.
