Error description

• This APAR addresses the following issues:
  
  1) Delete unnecessary parts from DYX V1.6 product
  2) SYAUTO.SOURCE table missing "AUTOTOOL" record. New INSERT
  statement added to DDL job in SDYXDENU.
  3. DYX server - a S0C4 ABEND is possible when the server
  connection closes while processing an invalid HTTP request
  4. DYX server - a U4087 ABEND is possible when the server
  attempts to process multiple HTTP requests in parallel
