PH33944: DB2 ADMIN TOOL: PACKAGE DET LINE COMMAND NOT SHOWING ALL SQL STATEMENTS

Error description

• Db2 Admin Tool: package DET line command not showing
  all SQL statements
  
  When the DET line command is executed on a Db2 package with
  multiple SQL statements that all have the same query number
  value of 1, the report only shows the first SQL statement.  This
  issue does not occur when the Db2 package?s SQL statements have
  unique query number values.
  
  The issue of all query numbers having a value of 1 can occur
  when a Native SQL Procedure is created with the default
  SQLFORMAT SQL.  If the SQLFORMAT is set to SQLPL, each SQL
  statement in the package has a unique query number.
