  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1. ABEND0C4 during startup of Query     *
  *                      Monitor when the STARTUP_DIAGNOSTICS    *
  *                      parameter is turned on.                 *
  *                      2. ABEND S0C4-11 during dual-           *
  *                      accelerator offload with                *
  *                      FILTER_DB2_SUBSYSTEM parameter.         *
  *                      Abend 0C1 after the message "CQM3552E   *
  *                      SETUP INFORMATION MISSING FROM CONTROL  *
  *                      FILE FOR DB2 xxxx" when a non-existent  *
  *                      subsystem name was specified in the     *
  *                      DB2_SUBSYSTEM(xxxx) parameter.          *
  *                      3. java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError java  *
  *                      error is raised when watchdog           *
  *                      (Failover Manager + Backup CAE Server)  *
  *                      starts with noIcmp=false parameter.     *
  *                      4. After TCPIP stack restart CAE Portal *
  *                      can be started with any socket factory  *
  *                      opened (RC4/TLS/local).                 *
  *                      5. Build number is not displayed in IE  *
  *                      browser while clicking "About" button   *
  *                      on menu bar.                            *
  *                      6. Table header shifts when working     *
  *                      with the Db2 on QM Subsystems           *
  *                      Management.                             *
  *                      7. Fields in "Specify TrustStore"       *
  *                      window don't clear by Esc or Cancel     *
  *                      on "Configuration -> TrustStore         *
  *                      Configuration" panel in web client.     *
  *                      8. Menu bar layout on logon page is     *
  *                      invalid in all browsers.                *
  *                      9. 'Ambiguous reference resolving       *
  *                      Db2' error might be thrown with         *
  *                      fresh CAE Server installation and       *
  *                      CAE Agent started earlier than CAE      *
  *                      server.                                 *

  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  1. ABEND0C4 at startup of Query Monitor due not incorrect code
  path attempted.
  2. Incorrect operation of the data upload algorithm by the
  CQM@WDB2 program when using the FILTER_DB2_SUBSYSTEM parameter
  leads to an error 0C4.
  Incorrect operation of the connection algorithm to the Db2
  subsystem when a non-existing subsystem name was specified in
  the DB2_SUBSYSTEM(xxxx) parameter in the CQM@WDB2 program.
  3. java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError java error message is
  unnecessary as the error has no effect on watchdog startup.
  4. Due to the fact that each socket factory has its own
  encryption algorithm, CAE Portal could be started with wrong
  socket  factory after TCPIP stack restart. This issue causes
  CAE Agents to send corrupted announcements to CAE Server.
  5. IE and Google Chrome (Mozilla) have different interpretation
  of js code. One js module was not loaded in IE browser on
  "About" html page.
  6. Table header can shift on small screen resolutions when
  pressing 'Tab' through QM Subsystem Management panel.
  7. CAE Server does not clear values specified in "Specify
  TrustStore" window if we click Cancel button or Esc hotkey.
  Subsequent opening of this window leads to 'non blank' values
  in TrustStore fields.
  8. Clicking the 'Log In' button in Web client causes an
  incorrect layout of top menu bar ('Home' 'Alerts' 'Activity
  Browse').
  9. Agents might have been added twice into WAN model by
  different methods due to bad synchronization. As a result the
  user will get 'Ambiguous reference resolving Db2' error.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Logic was changed to use the same path for
  STARTUP_DIAGNOSTICS as for SHUTDOWN_DIAGNOSTICS.
  2. Algorithms were fixed.
  3. java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError java error was suppressed in
  watchdog startup script.
  4. After TCPIP stack restart the CAE Portal reconnects with a
  proper socket factory opened on exactly the same port that it
  was before TCPIP stack restart.
  5. Changed js module loading in IE browser.
  6. Accessibility issue was fixed.
  7. Added additional 'clear' event while pressing Cancel
  button or Esc hotkey.
  8. Menu bar layout was fixed on logon html page.
  9. In order to fix the issue WAN is added into WANS map only
  when it is ready to be added (campus incorporated and agents
  are added).
