Error description
Manual upgrade from e.g. ADDI 5.1.0.5 to 5.1.0.9 seems to hang in step 8a of https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSRR9Q_5.1.0/ibm_ad_ user_manual/upgrading_to_ibm_ad_v5_1_0_9.html#upgrading_to_ibm_a d_v5_1_0_9__5105 showing a spinning circle in the browser screen after activating the Environment. This problem seems to occur especially if there are Environments defined with no Relational Database Servers. The Dashboard becomes unavailable.

Problem summary
Fixed without code changes. We found an issue with the manual steps described on the KC which caused this issue.
Problem conclusion
The steps have been updated and are now available on https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSRR9Q_5.1.0/ibm_ad_ user_manual/upgrading_to_ibm_ad_v5_1_0_9.html#upgrading_to_ibm_a d_v5_1_0_9__5105, step 8, point a). That step used to be lower in the bullet points which was causing the loading spinner to get stuck.
