Error description

• The windows version of the script is installed on Linux and
  AIX. For all operating systems, the collection of data using
  the dscontrol command encounters errors.

  Load Balancer provides a problem determination tool to collect
  data when a problem is encountered with the product. The
  windows version is incorrectly installed on Linux and AIX so
  it will not operate. On the Windows operating system, errors
  are reported collecting load balancer configuration
  information.
  

Problem conclusion

• Corrected the installation to provide the correct versions on
  linux and AIX. Corrected the errors which occurred collecting
  configuration information. The tool did not detect the load
  balancer was running so the configuration collection failed.
