PH33384: ORF JOB CAN GET ABENDS0C8-8 WHEN PROGRAM MASK BITS ARE SET ON BYINDEX MAINTENANCE EXIT ROUTINE

Error description

• When the program mask bits in program status word are set on by
  a user-supplied index maintenance exit routine, ORF job can get
  ABENDS0C8-8 during the reload process. ORF should reset the
  program mask bits after calling the index maintenance exit
  routine.
