    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    The ResourceMapperDefaultImpl was not identifying Queue and
    Topic objects in the configuration if the JMS Provider type
    was Generic.
    When the admin console is used to map resource references to
    configured resources, the type of the resource reference is
    used to generate a selectable list of configured resources
    that match the resource reference type.
    For resource reference types javax.jms.Queue and
    javax.jms.Topic the configured Queues and Topics for Generic
    JMS Providers were not added to the list.

Problem conclusion

  • The resource mapping was fixed to recognise the Queue and Topic
    resource types for Generic JMS Providers correctly.

    The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
    9.0.5.7. For more information, see 'Recommended Updates for
