Error description

• DB2 V12 Buffer Manager storage leak during pageset open
  processing by DSNB1OPP(UI68748) OFFSET46BA, with x'340' bytes
  of storage orphaned. From the Dump, many UTS PBG pagesets
  defined with MAXPARTITIONS = 1 were being opened by RUNSTATS and
  this resulted in Buffer Manager PB0X control block storage
  being leaked.

  The code to allocate storage for the PB0X failed to check
  if the dataset was non-partitioned. Thus, partitioned datasets
  would be allocated extra PB0X blocks, causing excess storage
  to be used up.
  

Problem conclusion

• The logic was fixed to only allocate storage for the PB0X
  for the first piece of a non-partitioned dataset.
