• The On Demand Configuration (ODC) component which provides
  routing data to Intelligent Management enabled web servers
  and On Demand Routers (ODR) does not carry url-patterns
  associated with filter-mapping definitions held in module
  level WEB-INF/web.xml files resulting in 404 return codes.

Problem conclusion

• The On Demand Configuration (ODC) component was altered to carry
  url-patterns associated with filter-mapping definitions
  alleviating the 404 return codes from Intelligent Management
  enabled web servers and On Demand Routers (ODR).
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  packs 9.0.5.7 and 8.5.5.20.  Please refer to the Recommended
