Error description

• Unexpected empty file "C:\Program" was created with following
  steps:
  1. Install plugin 9.0.5 in Windows defaults "C:\Program
  Files\IBM\WebSphere\Plugins"
  2. Apply plugin fixpack 9.0.5.4

  iisPluginDLLUpdate.ant will produce an empty file "C:\Program"
  and processing stops.
  

Problem conclusion

• The iisPluginDLLUpdate.ant has been corrected.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
