  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * Db2ZAI V1.3.1 delivers enhancements to                       *
  * improve the performance and resilience                       *
  * of Db2 for z/OS in the following                             *
  * areas:                                                       *
  * This version introduces simplified                           *
  * user management for Db2ZAI through                           *
  * the use of default Db2 access control                        *
  * methods (RACF).                                              *
  * For this version, Db2ZAI can now                             *
  * identify SQL statements that may be                          *
  * contributing to RID pool related                             *
  * System Assessment exceptions. This                           *
  * can help to determine the cause of                           *
  * certain system-level anomalies and                           *
  * speed the resolution of them.                                *
  * This version adds the capability to                          *
  * limit the number of concurrent                               *
  * on-demand system assessment requests                         *
  * invoked from within the Db2ZAI user                          *
  * interface, as well as from third-party                       *
  * vendor tools.                                                *
  * This version enhances the automated                          *
  * SQL regression detection and                                 *
  * resolution feature, such that                                *
  * regressions can now be detected and                          *
  * resolved more quickly than before,                           *
  * and in some cases the detection may                          *
  * occur in real-time, even before the                          *
  * query has completed executing.                               *
  * This version simplifies the                                  *
  * communication between Db2 and the                            *
  * Db2ZAI user interface for easier                             *
  * deployment.                                                  *
  * This version enhances the Db2ZAI                             *
  * serviceability features through the                          *
  * addition of new functions and the                            *
  * enhancement of existing features:                            *
  * upgraded Db2ZAI stored procedures and                        *
  * user-defined functions, the ability to                       *
  * reset the pseudo-catalog, the ability                        *
  * to remove the pseudo-catalog when                            *
  * removing the target connection, and                          *
  * the ability to collect service                               *
  * documents from the Db2ZAI user                               *
  * interface.                                                   *
