  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Provides a new function to support the  *
  *                      IMS management of ACBs for the          *
  *                      Statistics Data Import Utility.         *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  A new keyword IMSCATHLQ is provided for the Statistics Data
  Import Utility. This keyword enables the utility to obtain
  DBD information from the IMS directory instead of the DBD
  library.
