  Users may encounter an ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException in ODR due
  Vector.get operation due to invalid ARFM state
  
  The message can be seen in the SystemOut.log file beginning
  with:
  
  Callbacker    E   CWOBB1003E: The Bulletin Board subscriber
  com.ibm.ws.xd.comm.BBAdapterImpl$MySubscription@86850c9a for
  board XD
  
  Followed by a list of nodes then ending with
  
  threw an exception or error
  java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Array index out of
  range: 1
  

Problem conclusion

• Code changes were made to add additional checks to resolve the
  ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
  packs 8.5.5.20 and 9.0.5.8.  Please refer to the Recommended
