APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Changes to WAS server configuration did not update.  ADMS0003I:
  The configuration synchronization completed successfully.  was
  printed and there was no other reason to think that something
  failed.
  In this case, there was actually an error in the transformation
  code and  detailed in FFDC logs.   Without this error being
  externalized,  the customer was unable to fix their
  configuration without IBM assistance.

  2. Another specific reason is that there are paths defined
  to JVMs that are not valid.
  
  ex.  variable.xml files that are using:
  symbolicName="JAVA_HOME" value="${JAVA_LOCATION_1.7_64}"  where
  JAVA_LOCATION_1.7_64 is no longer in use.

Problem conclusion

• The code is updated to showed the error on command line when
  there is transformation problem during syncNode operation.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
