Error description

• Point-in-time recover abends S04E RC00E20027, when recover
  utility scans 2 ICTYPE W STYPE A record tablespace in SYSCOPY.
  
   1. create 4 parts table
   2. create partlevel copy for part 1
   3. set part 3 to REORGP
   reorg part 3 to generate 1st ICTYPE W STYPE A
   4. set part 3 to REORGP again
   reorg part 3 to generate 2nd ICTYPE W STYPE A
   5. recover DSNUM 1 tolastcopy gets 00E20027.

  ABENDS04E RC00E20027 in DSNSVBK +x'3246' was received during
  execution of the RECOVER TABLESPACE utility at partition level
  with TOCOPY option. The following is an example that can result
  in the ABEND:
      RECOVER TABLESPACE TESTDB.TESTTS DSNUM  1 TOCOPY
  The ABEND04E occurred because 4 bytes in the storage area
  were overlaid. The storage overlay can occur when the recovery
  point is prior to multiple REORG TABLESPACE utility executions
  which materialized the alteration of partition limit keys. The
  SYSIBM.SYSCOPY records for the REORG TABLESPACE executions
  (ICTYPE W STYPE A) had the same LOWDSNUM and HIGHDSNUM column
  values like this:

      TABLESPACE on a partition range.
