Problem conclusion
DFSDLB10 Moved FPSI check in case of DB Recovery utility after KEY length compare which was skipped by PH25368. Removed RECOVERY Utility FPSI check which was added by PH25368 to build TYPE 08 SEC LISTS FOR VIRTUAL LCHILD SEGMENT.
