Error description

• ABENDS0C4 in FUWIMSDF running IMS DBCTL report. FUWIMSDF
  attempts to retrieve a transaction queue entry for a record with
  a null key, the call returns RC=0 but the record address
  returned is zeroes, resulting in S0C4 attempting to access the
  result.

Problem conclusion

• FUWIMSDF now tests for a valid (non-zero) address when
  retrieving transaction queue entries before processing.
